Cette pr\u00e9sentation explorera comment la reconnaissance de la dimension neurod\u00e9veloppementale de conditions telles que la schizophr\u00e9nie, le trouble bipolaire, l\u2019autisme et la d\u00e9pression majeure s\u00e9v\u00e8re r\u00e9currente pourrait transformer \u00e0 la fois la recherche en psychiatrie et la pratique clinique.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la pr\u00e9sentation abordera la mani\u00e8re dont la susceptibilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et les facteurs environnementaux interagissent tout au long du d\u00e9veloppement c\u00e9r\u00e9bral et peuvent progressivement d\u00e9tourner les trajectoires d\u00e9veloppementales normales, augmentant ainsi le risque de d\u00e9velopper de grands troubles psychiatriques. Bien que ces d\u00e9viations neurod\u00e9veloppementales ne constituent pas une maladie clinique, elles peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9es \u00e0 de subtils changements neurod\u00e9veloppementaux pr\u00e9coces. L\u2019identification et l\u2019\u00e9valuation longitudinale de biomarqueurs associ\u00e9s \u00e0 ces changements neurod\u00e9veloppementaux pr\u00e9coces pourraient offrir une occasion unique de caract\u00e9riser les trajectoires d\u00e9veloppementales de risque, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer notre compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes de la maladie, d\u2019affiner la stratification du risque et, ultimement, d\u2019orienter l\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies pr\u00e9ventives.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir d\u2019exemples tir\u00e9s de cohortes longitudinales \u00e0 haut risque et de mod\u00e8les cellulaires d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de patient\u00b7e\u00b7s, la pr\u00e9sentation illustrera comment un cadre neurod\u00e9veloppemental peut inspirer des strat\u00e9gies de recherche innovantes qui pourraient, \u00e0 terme, compl\u00e9ter l\u2019approche actuelle du diagnostic et des soins psychiatriques fond\u00e9e sur les sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c599a3 e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0c599a3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f93fe66 e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f93fe66\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ddfd9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ddfd9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Conf\u00e9rencier<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/cervo.ulaval.ca\/en\/profile\/pierre-marquet\/\">Dr Pierre Marquet<\/a> est physicien, psychiatre et psychoth\u00e9rapeute. Ses travaux de recherche se situent \u00e0 l\u2019intersection de l\u2019imagerie optique avanc\u00e9e, du neurod\u00e9veloppement et de la psychiatrie clinique. Il est professeur de psychiatrie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, chercheur au Centre de recherche CERVO et ancien titulaire de la Chaire d\u2019excellence en recherche du Canada en neurophotonique, un programme de recherche consacr\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de technologies optiques innovantes pour \u00e9tudier la dimension neurod\u00e9veloppementale de grands troubles psychiatriques tels que le trouble bipolaire et la schizophr\u00e9nie.<\/p>\n<p>Pionnier reconnu internationalement de la microscopie holographique num\u00e9rique, le Dr Marquet a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans le d\u00e9veloppement de cette technologie en une plateforme de pointe pour le ph\u00e9notypage cellulaire quantitatif sans marquage. Ces travaux ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019identification de biomarqueurs cellulaires prometteurs pour le trouble bipolaire et ouvrent de nouvelles avenues pour la d\u00e9couverte de biomarqueurs dans l\u2019ensemble des grands troubles psychiatriques.<\/p>\n<p>Il dirige actuellement le <em>International Joint Unit in Neurodevelopment and Child Psychiatry<\/em>, une unit\u00e9 de recherche conjointe entre l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, au Canada, et l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne, en Suisse.
