Cette conf\u00e9rence mettra en lumi\u00e8re l&#8217;importance de reconna\u00eetre les diverses pr\u00e9sentations de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, qu\u2019elles soient sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&#8217;autisme ou non, tout en soulignant l\u2019nt\u00e9r\u00eat de comprendre ces variations.<br><br><strong>Biographie de la conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re :<\/strong><br><br>Connor Kerns, Ph.D., est professeure agr\u00e9g\u00e9e en psychologie clinique et directrice du<br>laboratoire\u00a0Anxiety, Stress and Autism Program\u00a0(ASAP) \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Colombie-<br>Britannique, \u00e0 Vancouver. Son programme de recherche vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre des<br>personnes autistes en d\u00e9veloppant des m\u00e9thodes pour mieux d\u00e9tecter, pr\u00e9venir et traiter les<br>troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et au stress chez les enfants autistes. Connor Kerns a re\u00e7u plusieurs<br>prix de recherche et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses travaux \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale.
